We had All About Kids help us watch our kids, ages 4, 2 and 8 months while we skied at Squaw Valley. We had a fantastic experience, and our kids actually still ask about our sitter! The service was able to meet us in the morning at our condo, feed them, bring them out to the snow to play, and even meet us for lunch with all their snow gear – skis and all! Kirsten brought books, crafts, and games for the kids to play in the condo, and she was able to get all their ski gear together and transport them on the shuttle to the slopes. It was absolutely amazing to have such a flexible and CAPABLE sitter. We felt very reassured after seeing her in action, and knowing that the kids were not just sitting bored in the condo while we were out was a great relief. We will definitely use their services again, likely their on-slope services as the older kids are in the mountain with us now, and we give them ten thumbs up!!! (Two parents and three kids!)

I was impressed by your professionalism (especially after being stood up by the other service!) We really like Gemma. She was quiet, calm and intuitive about what Mak needed. It made it easy to relax on the slopes knowing he was being well cared for. We especially like the age-appropriate toys (new toys are always better than your old ones as you know). Thanks so much for all of your help! It was a great week and awesome party, and both of your sitters were great. Shanda was really sweet and was a pro at distracting my 3-year-old from crying as we left, and handled all three with ease. I didn't have as much interaction with Gemma, but she also seemed really capable and nice. We will definitely use you the next time we come up for skiing or in the summer time.

I found my experience with your babysitting agency to be overall very professional with a nice attention to detail. I had researched around a bit on the internet prior to booking with you. I chose your agency partly because of the friendliness of your website with the focus on the qualifications of your sitters. Another service appeared to have a lot of "rules" and warnings about how they did business and this really turned me off. As a parent, I found working with your agency to be straightforward and fair.
I would definitely use your babysitting service again and would recommend you to my friends.

I love the All about Kids service that you have provided to me and my family for our trip...it really made it an enjoyable weekend knowing that my kids were all together in the house. Loved your quick responses to the inquiry and getting a babysitter so quickly. Based on the other Au Pair and my kids, they seemed to have enjoyed Deb. My younger son even gave her a hug...which shows a good sign in itself!

Hi Kirsten,
We had a wonderful visit up at Tahoe (even with the rain) and want to thank you for helping to facilitate our childcare. We were able to spend some time on our own and with each of the kids because we knew Jane and Jedric were in good hands while we were out. Both Sally and Molly were very friendly and professional, and kept both our 3 year old and 9 month old happy. I have already recommended All About Kids to our friends.

Good Afternoon Kirsten,
You asked for feedback on Deb and I can honestly say she was fantastic!!! She was so great with Owen, our 2 year old, that I asked her to come again the next day. When we arrived home around 4 PM on Wed. Deb and Owen were outside playing and they had been playing for about 1 1/2 hours. She was also really great with the older kids. I would highly recommend her again and if we come back to Tahoe this Winter I would love to book her again!!

Gemma was great! She was very comfortable dealing with my kids and knew age appropriate activities for each of them. I really liked her even temper and calmness around the kids. With three boys things can get silly and she handled it like a champ. Gemma was willing to stay longer when asked, even when there wasn't much of a notice. I would definitely recommend her to any future guests. If we return to the area, we would love to have Gemma babysit again!

Hi there,
Yes, everything went great with Alexis over the weekend -- she was great with both our girls (spent most time with our 20 month old) and was very flexible as far as helping out in general as we organized ourselves up at the ski lodge etc. She is a really nice girl and clicked well with our family.

Hayley did a great job with our kids. One in particular was not too thrilled about staying with a babysitter she didn't know and afterwards said she had a lot of fun with Haley. She seemed to genuinely enjoy being with them. My son who's 8 months was having a hard time going down for naps on this trip and Hayley was able to console him to sleep. I would definitely hire her again. I think she does a great job.

We love Chris and Katherine! They were both wonderful. Katherine was so sweet, she brought eggs and dye so the kids could color Easter eggs. And I can't say enough good things about Chris. He was so patient with Mac on the slopes. And Mac loved him too. He tells everyone about skiing with Mr. Chris.

Kirsten, Meg is wonderful. She is so happy and sweet! I was concerned one child might be boring, and she said they had a great time. They went for walks, made crafts, and she followed my instructions perfectly. She was also flexible to stay until 5pm so we could pack up our car, which was very helpful. My daughter just loved her! We both felt so good about her! If all your girls are that great, I am thrilled to have found your service. I thought we had just lucked out having you that first time.

We had a great experience with Gemma. She seemed very comfortable with the kids, and they seemed to have a great time with her. She did lots of arts and crafts and board games with them and took them up on the gondola each day (which they love), so they had plenty of outdoor time in the snow. She had them settled down for naps each time when we came home, which was perfect for us. She was very professional and responsible. We love your service and appreciated your flexibility with our last minute requests.

We want to thank you so much for such a terrific experience. Dana was amazing! Our kids loved her and they were so excited to see her every morning and play w/ her all day. This is the first trip that we were able to go all day and snowboard and know that the kids were having just as much fun as we were.
We had a bad experience with another nanny service in Tahoe on our last trip. We had made arrangements for a sitter before we left home and when we arrived in Tahoe and called to confirm, we could not get in touch with anyone. So, we were unable to snowboard for the whole trip. We are so happy to have found your service and we will definitely be calling you again and referring friends your way.
